All of our items at Den of Decor, are new and ship directly from the warehouse.
The warehouse for our items here at ecrater, takes a bit longer to ship than our other suppliers, but they are such nice items that we felt that we just had to offer them here anyway because they are so worth the wait. However, there are times when they ship immediately.
Items will ship 1-10 business days after receipt of payment, and delivery can be expected in 1-3 weeks. Most orders ship out within three days and deliveries are usually around a week. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as we receive it.
Please note that Absorbastone product line, which is a fantastic product, can sometimes but not always take a little longer to ship due to their popularity.

It is possible, however rare, that due to the popularity of an item, an item may go out of stock even though we check our inventory levels 3 times a day. On the rare occasion that an item should become out of stock, we will gladly refund all monies for the item immediately or you can choose to wait for the item to restock.
